These previously-opened units have gone through rigorous testing at Parasound HQ - with our veteran technicians using factory QC standards to evaluate Aesthetics and Functionality plus Advanced Performance Testing using our Audio Precision devices to ensure they meet or exceed all of our published features and specifications - the units are performing like new!

Certified "A" - no cosmetic blemishes. 
Certified "B" - minor cosmetic blemishes.

Parasound Certified units are the only previously opened units that carry a Parasound factory warranty - one (1) year from date of purchase.
